1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 Cup Egg whites
Flavor Options: cinnamon/ nutmeg, honey, fruit and or nuts, chocolate chips, spreadable fruit, peanut butter.
Boil water, Add oats and cinnamon, nutmeg and or honey… Cook 30 seconds, whisk in egg whites.
Whisk about one minute and garnish with toppings of your choice
Nutrients with 1 tablespoon each chopped walnuts and craisens
Almond/Coconut unsweetened milk would be a great trade out for the water, it will add a few more carbs and a little more protein. It will also make it a little sweeter.
