I hate the texture of cottage cheese, but it is so good for you and full of low fat protein. I love cottage cheese pancakes! Below is my recipe:
16 oz Cottage cheese
2/3 Cup Flour
Flavor with nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.
Then blend in food processor.
You can also add fruit to the batter or on top.
You can also use different kinds of flour to lessen carbs or adhere to Gluten free diet.
Almond Flour (2/3 cup)
Coconut flour (1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon)
